Energize NE is a community initiative organized by the Northeast Coalition of Neighborhoods (NECN) that helps provide the benefits of energy efficiency as well as fund NECN community building programs. Registering with Energize NE is a great way to help yourself and your neighborhood! Register with Energize NE to receive a home energy audit by Neil Kelly. Energize NE also offers the benefit of a financial donation from Neil Kelly to NECN that supports vital programs such as neighborhood small grants.

Energize NE offers the option of going through Clean Energy Works Oregon, a non-profit with a history of delivering a more comfortable and energy efficient home. Clean Energy Works offers exclusive Instant Rebates on eligible energy upgrades and a FREE Home Energy Assessment worth $500. Once your project is complete, Clean Energy Works inspects the quality of the work to ensure your energy upgrades perform as promised.

Clean Energy Works Oregon partners with local lenders to offer no-money-down financing with flexible terms and preferred rates. However, homeowners participating in Clean Energy Works Oregon can also pay out-of-pocket or bring their own financing, such as home equity loans.

We encourage you to find out learn more and have questions answered at an Energize NE workshop.
